Mr Khoo Chong Beng, a former Malaysian walker with over 30 years of experienced in race walking. He is a member of International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and being invited as one of the panel judge during 2008 Beijing Olympic and coming 2012 London Olympic.

A Deputy President of Race Walking Association of Malaysia 2011/2012.
Participated at major games like Olympics 1976, World Athletics Championships in 2001, World Youth Athletics in 1996.
A highly qualified race walking judge and lecturer with Level 3 and level 4 respectively.
